We at SEMARTI believe the primary obstacle to success is arrogance. The reason for choosingarrogance as the primary obstacle is because it breeds in us several attitudes that prevent us from doing what is needed to succeed.
By uprooting this arrogance, accepting the fact that we do not know all we need to know, andaccepting the fact that others might be more knowledgeable than us, we now have a duty to ourselves to act on these facts.
